O-1. The committee recommends and I so move that the board approve Settlement Agreement with Legacy Management Company in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member. (TO BE SUPPLIES AS SOON AS IT IS RECEIVED)
F. Personnel Committee
P-1. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the Board approve personnel actions in accordance with the information in the hands of each board member.
P-2. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board approve dismissal of employee #10559 effective immediately. Employee will be paid for sixty (60) days as per contract that Union Township Education Association (U.T.E.A.) has with the Board of Education.
P-3. The Superintendent recommends, the committee concurs and I so move that the board amend list of teachers for Middle School Academy to include Donna Koby, school nurse to accompany students on Salem, Massachusetts trip on November 7 and 8, 2012 at a rate of $38.25 not to exceed 11 hours or $420.75. (There is no cost to the district for this trip; all expenses come from proceeds of Middle School Academy tuition)
